Excel Equine Services is located south of Plamondon on 40 acres. Almost half is open and the rest is treed, for
now. We have 10 paddocks, 8 of which are 60x120' and 2 are slightly bigger. There are 4 pastures, one of
which is our winter "sacrifice pen" to save the grass in the bigger 2. We are leasing a 15 acre pasture from
our neighbor, this is where the mares and foals will be turned out next spring. There is also 2 stallion pens,
one of which is actually a small pasture, a happy stallion is easier to handle. We have a 60' round pen,
will be 6'4 high once we get the top boards on it, and it will have sand footing this spring. The main riding ring
is 80x140' and will also have sand footing in it this spring. We also have a 120x200' grass jumping ring.
There are lots of trails in the sand hills only a few miles from the farm.
